Group Managing Director

Dr Ludovic Charles Verbist, LLM, Ph.D., TEP, Group Managing Director and Founder of AAMIL in 1997. Born 1953, practiced as a lawyer in Brussels. M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from Indiana University (USA). Later, Managing Officer of Pargesa Holding S.A. in Geneva and Managing Director of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Mauritius. Lecturer and regular speaker at conferences on International Taxation.

Dorothy Hugues Gregoire

Administration and Human Resources Manager

Dorothy Hugues Gregoire, who holds a Master in Business Administration from Leicester University, U.K., has over 20 years of experience in management. She has worked in different economic sectors of Mauritius ranging from publication to telecommunications and luxurious real estate. She joined the financial sector to contribute in the field of administration, human resources and to promote exemplary services to help you, your people and your family feel at home.

Jhullika Persun Gajudhur

Head of Corporate Services

Jhullika Persun Gajudhur holds a B.A (Hons) Law and Management from the University of Mauritius. She is also an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA, UK). She has over six (6) years of experience in the financial services sector. She is currently Head of Corporate Services at AAMIL (Mauritius) Ltd and serves as Secretary to the different boards of AAMIL.

Julia Wong

Head of Client Accounting

Julia Wong is a driven accounting professional who always follows through on commitments. Julia heads a team of dedicated professionals in the Client Accounting Department and is one that rolls up her sleeves to get the job done. Julia is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants.  She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from The University of Melbourne, Australia.  She is currently studying for an MBA in Finance at The Graduate School of Business of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, through distance learning.

AAMIL (Swiss) S.A.

Based in Geneva (Switzerland), AAMIL (Swiss) S.A. is part of the AAMIL Group. It is regulated under the OARG, eventually by the FINMA, the governmental body controlling all financial activities in Switzerland.

Its activities concentrate in two fields: Business Development and Marketing for the whole Group and providing local fiduciary services for our clients.

Our Business Development and Marketing activities out of Geneva play a key role in developing our client basis. On a day to day basis, we meet with existing and potential clients to both initiate new and develop established relationships, host internal and external training and events and maintain and update our presence on social media channels.

With regard to fiduciary services, we are a family office and perform or coordinate all necessary services, such as setting up Swiss companies, acting as Trustees and perform related fiduciary duties, including the administration and accountancy, asset management and monitoring of investments. We also help to relocate in Switzerland.
