AAMIL provides for the incorporation and subsequent administration of freeport companies to operate in customs-free zones such as the Republic of Mauritius and the Republic of Seychelles freeport.

A freeport is a customs-free zone providing international investors with the necessary logistics for the transhipment, consolidation, storage and minor processing of goods for re-export. As Mauritius and the Seychelles are located in the Indian Ocean, they offer great opportunities for the re-exportation of goods towards Europe, Asia & Africa.

In order to operate in the freeport zone, a local company must be set up. AAMIL will incorporate the company and will apply for the relevant licences for clients wishing to use the freeport zones of Mauritius or of the Seychelles.

It can also cater for the subsequent day-to-day administration of the company, upon the client's request, by providing local directors, nominee shareholders, registered office facilities, tax filing and preparation of accounts.
