André Patrice Doger de Spéville, Port Louis, Chairman

Patrice Doger de Spéville, born in 1956, is a barrister-at-law. He studied at the Council of Legal Education School of Law in England and is the holder of a French "Maîtrise en droit". Mr. de Spéville has been practicing law in Mauritius for over twenty five years. He is the legal advisor and the director of several companies; he is currently the Chairman of the Bar of Mauritius. Non-executive Chairman of AAMIL since 1997.

Dr. Ludovic Charles Verbist, Ph.D., Geneva, Managing Director

Ludovic Verbist, born 1953, holds degrees in law and as a notary from the University of Brussels (Belgium); he practised as a lawyer in Brussels. Holds a M.B.A. and a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance from the Business School at Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana (United States). Managing Director of AAMIL, Dr. Verbist is based in Geneva. Previously Managing Officer of Pargesa Holding S.A. in Geneva. Before joining AAMIL, Managing Director of Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Mauritius. Lecturer and regular speaker at conferences on International Taxation. Member of Executive Committee of STEP Suisse Romande.

Philippe Epaminondas Gaston Maxime Sauzier, Port Louis, Director

Maxime Sauzier is a barrister-at-law qualified to practice in Mauritius. He has been a legal practitioner in Mauritius since the early 1980's. He is advisor to local companies and some multinationals. He is also a regular advisor to the Government of Mauritius. Non-executive Director of AAMIL since 1997.

Frederique Schillern, Port Louis, General Manager

Frederique Schillern joined AAMIL Ltd in August 2009 as General Manager, in charge of AAMIL's Mauritius operations. Frederique brings over 18 years' experience in the international Trust and Corporate Services field. Based in Hong Kong since 1990, Ms Schillern's most recent management responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer included overseeing all aspects of the Hong Kong, China and Mauritius operations of a reputable global trust and corporate services provider. Frederique graduated in European Business studies from the European Business School in London. She is fluent in English, French and Dutch.

Lina Quenette, Port Louis, Business Development Manager

Lina Quenette joined Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Mauritius in 1990 to become Authorised Officer; in charge of the administrative side of Private Banking and Investment Funds. With AAMIL since 1997.
