Switzerland’s ratification of the Hague Convention on the Law applicable to Trusts and on their recognition has increased its appeal as an international financial services centre. In the wake of this decision, AAMIL (Swiss) S.A. has been incorporated in order to act as trustee, co-trustee, protector of trusts established in Switzerland and also to set up and administer "sociétés" and foundations, among others.
