AAMIL (Swiss) S.A was formed in 2008. Following Switzerland’s ratification of the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Trusts and on their Recognition, effective since 1st July 2007, Switzerland has increased its appeal as an international financial service provider for trustee and administration services, as opposed to being seen as just a traditional banking centre. The core services can be now complemented by AAMIL’s offshore expertise. AAMIL (Swiss) S.A. acts as trustee, co-trustee, protector of trusts, providing a full administration service, amongst others to trusts, companies and foundations.
The head office is in Geneva with the branch being located in Zürich. Both offices offer the Group's full range of financial services and specialises in tailor made solutions for high net worth individuals.
