AAMIL Consultants Ltd provides all the required assistance and establishes contacts on behalf of clients for any project to be developed within the territory of the Republic of Mauritius. This includes assistance to investors in acquiring immovable property and developing real estate projects under the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) or under the Real Estate Scheme (RES), assistance in securing/acquiring occupational permits and permanent residency status by handling the applications as well as support/ assistance in Business Process Outsourcing and Knowledge Process Outsourcing.
We also provide assistance in obtaining naturalization and Mauritian citizenship. Depending on one’s own citizenship varying rules apply to obtain such and AAMIL is happy to elaborate on a case by case basis. Possibilities arise for persons who invest in Mauritius up to or beyond USD 500,000 and have been continuously resident in Mauritius for at least two years. A commonwealth citizen may also be registered as a citizen of Mauritius if he has resided in Mauritius for a continuous period of 5 years out of 7 years preceding the application.
